Pray for the Holy Spirits guidance
Do things that make me feel good-like wear a pretty lipstick or wear some heels
Do positive affirmations
Visit new places to exercise
Don't get on the scale for a while
Remember that my body is like a machine that I have the control how to fuel
Take 10 mins a day to meditate and visualize on a whole healthier me.
Update my vision board
Remember that there is no bad food. I can eat anything in moderation.
Do something that scares me (yoga?)
Create a motivational playlist and listen to it on my commute home
Everything I need for this I already posses (endurance, discipline, motivation, strength)
