Pretty uneventful day, but a long one. Started with breakfast to get Maegann's brain online before science work and then "we" dug into it. Took a break about 11:30 and ran an errand to the jewelers and the pet store. Then it was back at the science. She did most of it...I am just moral support most of the time, but she does better that way right now. I was able to at least go through the client plan I had hoped to finish drafting and make note of the edits and emailed a couple of questions that came up. There's always tomorrow and I'll never regret the priority being my daughter.
I felt badly that Maegann did push so hard on the Science that she finally shut down. Praying she bounces back faster as we've started see that trend this past week. I was so proud of her getting so much done these two days. After a week and half struggling with the concussion recovery she had a lot of assignments to get in today for the deadline. One is all she didn't completely get finished, but I sent it to her teacher anyway with a note. Hoping she might just say "good enough" as she can see how many assignments were submitted within two days time and we've spoken about the concussion recovery from the beginning. If not, Maegann will keep working on it.
Isaac got to hang out with Patrick this afternoon for a couple of hours. They went to the Rec Center and shot hoops and then went out for wings and fries. Those two sure love to eat together!
Now it's time for "Little Big Shots". Such a fun show.
Tomorrow... school, dropping Isaac off for time with Patrick and doing some juicing and meal prep. And hopefully that plan can get written.
