3 ways that I can tell that some fat has vacated

1) So, my boobs jiggle a bit now. Yeah, that's a new reality. I knew it was coming but I never thought so soon. 2) On the major bright side, my belly comes up when I tighten my abdominal muscles (read: suck it in) so that's great. Hooray for core-building and the such. 3) I fit into a pair of pants that once squeezed life out of me when I tried to just pull them up over my thighs; yesterday I was able to button them AND wear them out all day:) Ah, it's the small things in this journey that make me so proud.
