Don't EVER Give Up on Yourself

Here I am again... Hit rock bottom, crawled back up, tried to redeem my character and myself as much as I could, and in the process, gained pretty much all the weight back and then a little extra to reach my all-time high of non-pregnancy weight of 186.5 as of January 1st, 2016.
Didn't really start working on losing the weight until March 2016, but here I am a year later, lost 46 pounds of it. Trying to aim for the big "5-0" just so that I can say, "Yep, lost 50 pounds, that I did", but this is a vanity thing.
I had other things written about diet and exercise but deleted it because my message to you is this: No matter how bad things go, don't EVER give up on yourself.
Every day is a new opportunity to do better, for yourself and for others. You can do it. Yes, you can.
