Actions taken today to walk towards my goal

Early morning start - Water water water Breakfast Omelette Grilled mushrooms and tomato Orange juice Followed by lunch Have been on a holiday since a week Missing home food So just ordered some yogurt and ate with home made whole wheat roti made with spices and fenugreek leaves Evening Had half a protein bar Dinner Clear vegetable soup with tofu I put on my Fitbit and managed 12000 steps !!!!
