I watch the girls today but their dad is dropping them off and he has a habit of not really telling you when he will drop them off. I've been up since 5:30 and I usually eat around 7 when the girls are still asleep but since their dad is dropping them off I was going to eat when they got here. Well it was 9:30 and I was starving! I did not feel like having "breakfast foods" so I had a light lunch.

This is going to be my new go to because it was so yummy and I didnt feel blah afterwards. It was some pasta with grilled chicken, bell peppers, shredded carrots, and green onions in a small amount (1 tbsp-ish) thai peanut sauce. It all came to just over a cup. So good So good. I need to think of some more yummy bowl creations.
