New goals

Well met with my trainer yesterday and have set some new goals. It is time to get back to working on me and eating right. I have decided I want to drop 50 pounds by the middle of July. I want to also increase the speed on the treadmill and getting moving over 3 mph again. I also want to be able to do 5 regular pushups to start with. I am getting back to measuring and cutting back on carbs. No more pop and get back to drinking more water. I can do this just need to stop making excuses with every thing going on.
