A better day in Bangkok

Thursday, April 27, 2017

Today I decided I am going to shop with a smile Not gonna cry in any of the fitting rooms Won't let the size label make me have a bad day Also before leaving I put some eyeliner and did my eyebrows Also wore some earrings I am going to stop dressing like a rag woman I wore a black tshirt and pink shorts but when I looked at myself in the mall I could have done better I did not feel guilty making my husband and son wait when I tried on clothes ( my first ) I took my time I had a plan I went to H and M Bought exercise clothes ! Found a dress in mango And a floral top ! Food wise I was hungry while my son and husband were getting dressed They were not sure where they wanted to eat breakfast So I ate some muesli Went for breakfast in the hotel itself Had a omelette No bread Had jasmine tea Lunch at 3 Family ate at Burger King I got myself a 6 inch subway veggie delight Got myself a battery pack for my phone ( earlier couldn't spend so much on my self .. today I thought I deserve some indulgence ) Had a single scoop of strawberry sorbet while my son had a chocolate fudge Ben and jerry Icecream Dinner was room service Ordered Indian I had 2 pieces of cottage cheese ( paneer tikka for protein ) 1/4 naan ( bread ) Stayed happy Stayed calm As promised got 17000 steps in !

Sounds like a fun day, well done on treating yourself. You sound like you've got some good self-control considering what you're family are eating around you. emoticon
