Health Issues

Sunday, April 30, 2017

I have just beat cancer and that feels fantastic but now I have to tackle my osteoarthritis. I know it will help my condition to lose weight. I feel guilty that I let myself get this fat. And yet, it makes me so angry when health professionals blame all my health problems on my weight. If I can't sleep, it's because I'm fat. If I have cancer, it's because I'm fat. Some doctors won't even take me on as a patient because I'm fat. Apparently, it's okay to discriminate against fat people. This is absolutely wrong. emoticon

Celebrate that you beat cancer. When I saw my OBGYN in December he said that it was 5 years in Jan 2017 and considered that I had beat cancer! That was an exciting announcement to me! Praise God!
