I'm doing What I Can to Fix What I Broke, I Broke Me By Eating ALL The Wrong Foods, Not Exercising, And Smoking Cigarettes. I Smoked For 23 Years. I'm To Obese for Them To Know if I Have Just Asthma or COPD. My Highest was 309lb. That was When I was in the Hospital for Four Days. I Was there For Shortness Of Breath. I Could not Get a Full Breath and it is the Scariest thing I Never want to Go Threw AGAIN. I Quit Smoking February 20th and Have not
looked Back. I want a Cig once in a while and After I Eat. I Tell My Self that I don't want to Smoke. I don't want to put More Food in my Mouth either. I Walk away from It, I Sing to Songs from My CD Collection, I Read, Or I play a game on my Phone, I Walk in place or Ride My Exercise Bike. I Started Exercising In March, I Exercise Every Day Mostly. I Am not a Finatic about it. I Do Take a Break one day a week. I Have Been doing Great With Food Too. Thanks to Sparkspeople I Can Keep Track of The Calories I Eat and The Burnt Calories I Burn a day. It Helps. I Love it Here and Everyone here.. I Love The Articles and Videos and The whole Web site. Thank You Sparkspeople For Helping Me. Since February I Lost 17 pounds. I Can't Wait to See how much I Weigh in August..
