I figured I should make my first blog back a goals focused one. A place I can check in on and make sure I'm on track.
I started focusing on weighloss about a month ago, but got serious about it at the beginning of May. Very little time for myself lately had me slacking and in denial. Unfortunately, the weight gain was real my friends. Ugh.
✔️lose 10lbs per month. 🏋️♀️
✔️be in One-derland by the time I meet my husband in Hawaii at the end of July 🌺🌈🏝
✔️ stick to a vegan diet 🍉🍒🥕🥑
✔️workout 6 x week 🏃🏻♀️🏊🏻♀️🏄🏻♀️
✔️lose 50 lbs (175 lbs) to be at a healthy BMI by Oct 1 🏆
I started at 239, now at 227! Making progress and feeling good. ❤
