Hello, my name is Hannah. This is my first blog post. My current weight is 200 pounds at the moment, my ultimate goal is 120 pounds. I've learned that having patience, and being dedicated are the most important things in losing weight. You can't start a diet, or start losing weight by yourself, with the wrong mindset. If you really want to lose the weight you've been struggling with, you have to want it 100% or other wise it won't work. I am 100% convinced I want this, and I am going to lose the weight I want, to get my perfect summer body! Who's with me ? Obviously I would like to help out others who have the same goals, while I'm on my journey. So I decided that I will share as many tips on how to lose weight as possible! I ordered a diet from a website called manualdiet. I am impressed so far, the diet I ordered was sent by mail in PDF form.
It promises weight loss in just 21 days. Hmm.. to be honest I don't really think I'll lose all the weight that I want to lose. I would like to at least lose 16 pounds in the next 21 days. I hope there's more ladies out there who I can share my experiences with, to help each other out!
