Eat to Live 6 Week Plan: Day 3 of 42

Breakfast: Shared a green smoothie with the hubby.

Lunch: Veggie burger on a whole wheat wrap with fresh veggies and avacado and a cup of grapes on the side.

Dinner: Buenos Noches Black Bean Soup, small salad (topped with some soup because I didn't have any dressing prepared), and frozen fruit blended with almond milk for desert.

Overall a good day, I was not hungry throughout the day at all. Lunch was super tasty and dinner was okay. The black beans I used were old and so were slightly crunchy which ruined it for me a little bit.
