who's getting in your way?

so true! I have felt on edge and not comfortable for a few days now, so I have decided to act, rather than procrastinate. Eating ginger chocolate has been delightful, but I have eaten enough, I think. My system feels stressed and ill at ease. I went to work, which felt like an accomplishment- and I have contacted the Uni about recommencing the study that I want to do- actually I REALLY WANT TO DO IT!!!! SO I have begun the process. Kathleen is not an excuse. It's clear she no longer needs me to be around for her in the same way- she's doing things with her friends, which is how it should be and it's fine for me to feel melancholy, which I do!!!
So, JG, I resolve to get on with it, rather than stuffing around.
I'm teaching for the first two weeks minus one day next term, and I intend to decline the second fortnight offer.
