Eat to Live 6 Week Plan: Day 4 of 42

I'm still on track but almost dreading the weekend... Lots of social stuff going on and social stuff means "good" eats. Friday night we're having a family game night at the in-laws house and then on Saturday we'll be at Universal Studios... All expense paid, complimentary of my hubby's work... Including food. So thoughtful of them, but of course I can't have any of it! Sunday we'll be spending some time with my mother-in-law.

I've actually been enjoying food on the 6 week plan but it has been easy because we've been home. This will be the first time going out and being social since we started. I know I'm not going to have any cheats, it's just I'm dreading that nagging addict behavior where I smell and see my (old) favorite foods and obsess over them in my head. I'm hoping we'll be distracted enough having fun that this won't be the case, but I can't help but dread it just a little.

Breakfast: Green smoothie

Lunch: Buenos Noches Black Bean Soup and a half a cup of grapes

Dinner: Coconut Curry With Broccoli and Snow Peas and 2 Chocolate Cherry Cookies (made with all ETL ingredients, my hubby was crazy about them but I'm not too big on that type of sweets so I'll stick to my fruit next time)
