New beginings

I have been doing low carb-- sort of. I find using the tracker as opposed to just writing it down very helpful in tweaking my food intake. So much easier and more accurate than looking up and writing it down. I used to go all day thinking I was doing great. Now with actual more accurate entries I can see my Oops!!!
