Getting Back into Real Life

After a two weeks off of work, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. Not only do I need to get back into doing my job, but also I need to get back to tracking my foods and working out a bit. Luckily for me, I've developed some type of illness! My throat is on fire and I could literally fall asleep at my desk. At least its Thursday.

I tracked everything yesterday! I didn't have dinner because I was so tired, but I tracked the tea I drank. I even tracked the yucky Little Debbie's snack cake I had (my buddy bought me one cause I bought him a muffin for breakfast).

My guess is that today will be a bit of a fasting day, because my throat hurts so bad that I'm really only taking in ice water. I ate a bagel, but it hurt so bad. Plus, I'm more tired than hungry, so I think I'll just stick with more tea.

I did not work out last night. I had an appointment for my hair, which I just barely kept, and then went to sleep at 8pm. I did try to take a walk yesterday afternoon during my lunch, but I was so out of breath and hot, I stopped after 15 minutes. I didn't even take the fur babies for a walk. I feel like a bad dog mom, but I just couldn't lift myself off the couch, once I got home.
