Current Weight Loss Goal

Losing weight has been a long journey. In total I had previously lost 75 pounds. I was very proud of myself and very motivated. During that time my depression and anxiety became very troubling. My doctor then put me on the a medicine that made me big in the first place because it was the last hope. Most meds don't agree with me but this one with a huge side of effect of rapid weight gain did help. So after four months on this medicine I gained 15 pounds. I have managed to lose a little of the weight I gained. The last time I saw my Pdoc she told me I will probably not lose anymore weight. I have since that appointment lost and gained five pounds over and over. The good news is that I have not given up. I'm still hopeful. Man is not God and I will continue to try. My weight loss goal is to lose whatever I can. No matter how slow it goes. Spark is a positive thing in my life. Going through the motions of exercising, logging foods, reading articles and interacting on spark helps me in many areas. I'm going to stick to my goals.
