I watched a SparkCoach video by SparkCoach Nicole today...

She identified how the phrase, "2 steps forward, 1 step back" differs from "1 step back, 2 steps forward"... truly, it does sound much more positive and action-oriented. She gave a few suggestions I want to come back to for "those days" when I feel as though I''ve fallen behind. These include:

cook a new recipe
eat a healthy breakfast
drink water
track food
take a walk
try a short workout
reread blog entries
make a positive playlist

    I think that it's great to be prepared this way for that inevitable day. I need to do this too because I've had those kinds of days lately and when I feel myself floundering and my mind starts frantically looking for the way to go a simple list would help.
