Met one weight goal

As I mentioned in an earlier blog I am taking it super slow. I wanted to make it under 230 and today I reached that. Now I will try to get to 220. Ten pounds at a time is all I can really think of right now. I know I have a lot more to lose to reach my goal weight but I am hoping these milestone will keep me focused and encouraged.
