Made my goal

I exercised for 10 minutes yesterday. I would have went for more, but I had a fainting spell but didnt actually faint and that whole feeling caused me to get all excited and my stress level went through the roof. Went to dr today and it was a fluke. They took blood to see if I'm anemic but nothing out of the ordinary except tension headaches.
Today, I am taking a day off exercise and taking a muscle relaxer when I get home to help my shoulders, neck and head (he prescribed me pills to help). I think exercising aggravated my sore neck and shoulders.
On the brighter side of things, I lost a pound this week (this is including my loss from Monday). I am excited!! I am 5 lbs down!! As long as I look at the weight as a pound a week or a pound every two weeks, it takes my mind off the overall HUGE amount of weight I NEED to lose....
