I’m starting to feel the power of consistent micro acts of bravery. It’s fulfilling because it’s growing into something far beyond my small self. So I will continue to live life in ever widening circles, trying to make each ripple further than the last.

What do I notice starting to compound into something greater that would have been impossible for me to see a month ago?
My attitude has changed to “I can do this” instead of “I can’t do this.” I am growing out of the fear of stating what I need and want rather it be that day, in the moment, our for my life years down the road.

What might happen if I stayed committed towards this growth for another 30 days?
I can only grow more.
