Share Happiness Challenge - Colors

Color that brings you joy. I have three.. not one because I have to be a complicated individual.

Aquamarine - This color brings me joy because it reminds me of the ocean. I love the ocean. I love the movie The Littler Mermaid to the point I’ve taken Ariel in my name tag for varies things because she is one of my favorite Disney Princesses and in many way I am like her. This also is a favorite color and happy color because one of my friends back in youth choir many years ago would draw her own manga and the main characters name was named Aquamarine and was based on herself (my friend).. so this color has a lot of meaning behind it.


Jade -
Brings me joy because it reminds me of Asia and we had an exchange student from Hong Kong back when I was a child who become like a sister to me. She even came to visit us a few years after the exchange program for vacation. We are still close and keep in contact, even if its little contact as she has not used in English in so long she has forgotten how to speak it. Jade always makes me happy and feel warm and fuzzy and is one of my many favorite colors (as are the other two below this color).


Purple -
Any shade of purple really, but I do like the lighter shades like mauve, lavender, lilac, periwinkle, iris, amethyst, and orchid that are pictured below.
Its my all time favorite color and I prefer to have most of my clothing or things I need in purple (like my yoga mat, fitbit, etc.).
