When it comes to exercise I am good at sticking to plans I make with others to exercise but not so good at self motivation. Does anyone one else have this problem?

    Yes !! I did learn that Nike is right.....just do it . If I put my sneakers on first thing in the morning and get out the door, I always feel better. I haven't been doing that lately. I have so many excuses......it's time to " just do it" ! Thanks for being my motivation ! emoticon
