Time to begin again ...

Monday, June 19, 2017

Tuesday, I have my 6 week check-up. I am hoping for
release to ride my recumbent bike. There is at least
? 2 months before the next knee can be done. There
could be up to 3 months wait. Although, things went
well the first time, I would like to present myself in
Onederland this time..

So I am ready to try again. I weighed in at 227 this
morning. If I work really hard, 28 pounds could be
lost by Sep. So I am going to begin tomorrow.

I did more shopping yesterday, so now I have chix,
tilapia, sm. pork chops, and beef "steak". I bought
some more salad makings and some low cal. desserts.
veggies, fruit.

I have been reading the feed, seeing all the people who
have lost 100 + pounds, seeing their food pics and thinking,
I should be able to lose only "80".

So, I am going to try it again. One fun thing I saw on the feed
was a "visual" of moving "stones" from one jar to another. I
liked that idea, so I picked up the masons jars (2 frosted ones),
and 2 bags of multi-colored "gems". I am going to go with 80
since I started at 230.

More plans as things move along.

I saw that jar idea too and liked it. I think it would be very motivating. Sounds like you are ready to get busy. Goof luck! I hope you are able to ride your bike again now.
