Day 1 My journey to Onederland

Day 1 is almost over. Up again overnight.
Finally asleep at 10am. 2 glasses of tea
at the buffet place yesterday, I should learn ;-0

Took new pictures today. Weighing in at
227.6. Going to measure tomorrow.

I finally broke myself of daily weigh-ins.
Went for weekly. Now decided to weigh
Tuesday and Friday. Measurements,
monthly.

Goals (fluid right now):
1. SP coach, daily
6 Challenges. daily
Steps logged into FitBit
Log food daily

In progress:
HealthyLifeWeigh Week 1
