Day 2 on my journey to Onederland

Doctor's appointment was cancelled,
re-scheduled for Thursday.
Changed my weight goal for 199 by Oct, 1.
I thought the amount of calories was excessive.
Back to the 1200-1550 range.
Today, one of the suggested articles was
on how to determine how much to weigh using
different #. It is also the week 1 assignment in
HealthyLifeWeigh Week 1.
So my numbers are:
BMI = 36.9
H&W : 117-143 / 118-155(HLW), 150 is my goal
Waist to hip ratio: .83 (avocado, moderate risk)
Body type: endomorph
Goals (fluid right now):
1. SP coach, daily ... done
6 Challenges. daily ... done
Steps logged into FitBit ... done
Log food daily ... done
1200-1550 cal per day ... working on
Water: 20 oz ... working on
Sleep today (last night) 11pm-9:30 am
Exercise: waiting for doctor appt.
