Didn't get in yesterday, too many things going on.
Picked up some more food, mostly fruit and veggies.
I found a new to me food, An-joy Chicken Lomein.
It comes in a pretty good sized carton (4- 1cup servings).
I really liked it. It's going on my permanent menu'
Six-week checkup will be today. I don't know why, but
I want to be able to use the recumbent.
I seem to be finally coming out of the depression from hell.
Being able to get up and around without all the pain sure
Blood sugar has been great since I started back on my plan.
Under 100 2 days in a row YAY!!!
I have been staying under my calorie limit. Trying to eat
some veggies/fruit at least once a day. Still working on
getting some water.
Finally got my "gems: into their jars. Unfortunately, it is too
big, they are lost in it. So will look for 2 smaller ones.
Last night I picked up a digital food scale. An inexpensive
one. If I like it, I may get a better model.
