Today, I caught up on my sleep, about time.
Slept from 4pm Monday to 4 pm today. Had
taken my fitbit off to charge it, ended up
forgetting to put it back on, so no record of it.
Today, I did my 5 min. on the recumbent.
Doesn't hurt but I don't have much strength
yet.
Going to try out Halo Top chocolate. so many
people are praising it in the feed.
