It really doesnt seem like that long ago that I had gone from 211lbs to 135... Checking in on my spark page I realized that was 877 days ago... That is almost three years. I tell ya I have gotten lazy. I started having cheats more often than not. I never logged anything... I stopped drying my clothes again because they had gotten tight.. Same old story. Finally stopped and took a look at myself and realized that over the last almost three years I have put on about 20lbs... It happens without you even really noticing it...
I am now out of denial mode and into solution mode. I did discover what works for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the foods I ate... So step one.. Log all food.. I didnt do that on Tueday and I overate by 1000 calories... It wasnt even that hard. I just ate foods I assumed were okay and got myself back in a mess... So step one LOG ALL FOOD before eating it.. Step 2 keep drinking a gallon of water a day and step three... plan out my menus each week... easy as 1-2-3 right!!
