Here we go again

A new month is about to start and I'm tired of holding on to the weight that's crept back on since my initial loss. Have just been able to rejoin a gym for the first time in over a year and that structure helps. The hardest part for me is always eating-related and avoiding eating when I am anxious. I'm going to try and keep it simple. WI tomorrow and lose 4lb in July from whatever that number says. I need the encouragement of a small success to help me recommit to weight loss.
