It's going to be a long week end... emoticon
...
I am working on a plan to eat healthy among 1 birthday party, 1 BBQ, 2 picnics and 2 dinners in a restaurant meals.......
I'm going to buy a lot of fresh veggies, trying to stay with that instead of the chips, and other snack foods....I'm looking for turkey brats and lower calorie foods....
Im going to have grilled pineapple and grill veggies as well, they have a lot of flavor and Im hoping it will help me stick to a healthier food plan

Im going to get as much exercise as well, hiking and walking....Exercise is usually not an issues for me..its the food...I have a hard time resisting all the snack foods that I know will be a plenty the next 5 days....plus the cookies, candies and cakes.....

I'm already praying for the strength to keep busy and away from the food tables... emoticon

I can do this....seems it gets hard and hard to stay on track
