Ok. So started being real with it 3 days ago. Tuesday, weighed myself cause my body was very swollen. It read 217. Well that was disappointing. I pushed myself and did 3 miles. Wed. woke up and the scale read 218 (even though I only had 1 meal the day before). So I am confused as to why but letting it go and keeping up with what I started to give it some time for results. Got up today (Thursday) the scale was at 215. Whew! Did the 3 miles and am going to stick with my 1 meal again. Want to try this for a couple of weeks to see if I can push through and loose something.
