Small goals challenge

Okay I just joined a new Spark team focusing on small goals and there's some homework on it, so here goes my outline for the work ahead:
1. Goals: To work on my diet... to find quick recipes and focus on healthier fruits
To not get overwhelmed by all of the items on my to do list that I don't like and don't want to do. To break the work down into small projects on a daily basis: reorganizing my home, my volunteer work, fostering duties, yard work, and overtime at work.
2. Plan my day. Tomorrow I will.... work on the porch, put up shelf paper... go to the grocery store and buy healthy snacks and work on goals etc while looking after Pheenie the cat.
3. Today I ate watermelon! I also ran and triked so I got my exercise in. I did laundry! I took a cat to the vet!
4. I'm journaling to keep me motivated so there ya go...
