It's Monday....yeah

It's Monday again, another week and another chance to have a healthy week...

I have not been doing that good with my eating, lots of exercise but food not so good, but starting today I am going to be getting on a more plant based food plan ( I hate to use the word diet...lol)

I tried yogurt made from cashews, it was okay, much more liquid than my fat free Fage plain Greek yogurt...It was also some what tart but not terrible...one down side it was 1.99 for a serving...I have yogurt everyday so the cost is high...it would be 14 dollars a week instead of about 5 I spend now....and the next down side, finding it....but I'm just learning how to eat plant based food...

I read someones blog who had a good idea, start slow, find plant based foods that you might like, give them a try ....find what works for you...so I will..I already eat fresh fruits and veggies at each meal....I avoid processed foods as much as possible...I read label's.. I drink only water....I exercise 6 days a week...we cut down on meat ...so I figure I have a good start on this.....now I have to get focused again on ME....make good choices and not let any thing or anyone get in my way....

Gary is gone for the day and I'm going to rid this house (5th wheel) of junk food....in the trash it goes.......

any good ideas on plant based food would be appreciated ..ideas or things that worked for you...I'm open to any ideas...

I do also drink almond milk if I want milk..... emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
