Hot in Texas!

I was thinking yesterday about the weather and how it affects me. Unfortunately, I always seem to put stuff off because it's either too hot or too cold outside. So my dog doesn't get walked or my flowers don't get tended to. So many chances to burn calories wasted. Not to mention the simple pleasure of being outside in nature. Deep down I know that if I would just go do it I would enjoy myself so much in spite of the weather. I want to change those negative thoughts about being outside and get out more. Every day if possible. It will benefit much more than my waistline. My flowers will look better. My dog will be in total bliss. But most importantly my mind will he clearer and I will find joy. I think I'm going to need more sun screen and bug spray! Lol.

    You have my permission to do it, sound llke you my be suffering from depression, been there done that. Going outside taking a walk is a great way to shed the blahs, it stirs up the blood to change the chemicals in your body. You be surprised .
