Here comes the comeback

Love, love, love listening to Air1 on my earphones while walking on the treadmill at the gym. Always, they will play just the right song I need to keep moving. I tend to obsess somtimes about the numbers on the machine, watching others who are definitely in better shape than I am and comparing myself, which is bad. So, i have learned to just hold the side rail, one arm only, because the fitness tracker on my other arm will not record my steps if my arm isn't moving and just close my eyes and listen to the songs. Best motivation there is without the self defeating thoughts.
