Weights to lift

Hi Spark Friends, weight lifting for me is groceries and items 10 pounds or less. I did get clearance from my doctor to weight lift but there are many limitations. Most of my weights to lift come from household tasks like laundry and groceries. Repetition is ok but usually I can manage no more than 20 minutes in the weight lifting circuit room a few times a week.
