Today I met a friend at the mall and we walked for 30 mintues. We're going to meet every morning (except Sat & Sun when I work 8a-8p). This will help me be consistent. I'll also walk puppy Sam in the evenings.
HAPPIHOME
It's always easier to exercise when there is someone to do it with. Hubby retired in June and we've been consistent in walking every week - sometimes 4 days sometimes 5 for 30 minutes. It's much easier to stay motivated when someone else is poking you in the morning and saying it's time to get up and go for a walk!!
