I was pleasantly surprised this morning to be 1.5 lbs. from my goal for ten days from now! Yay! While not doing everything perfectly, I've been consistent and included more activilty. Of course, it's easier to drop more pounds quicker when you're heavier than when you're closer to a healthy weight, and so I'll need to be more disciplined over time. I'm finding that reading 30-points worth of SP articles daily DOES help with this, though.
