I think I had a breakthrough?

I am back on track this week and feeling amazing! And when I say I'm back on track I don't mean I didn't have any bad food. I took my kids (and a couple neighbourhood kids) to the movies today, now ordinarily this would be torture for me because I would be going round and round in my head weather or not I would have had treats at the movies or not. Not today! With very little back and forth I bought 2 bags of candy at the store. Weighed out a single serving of each and split in into 5 bags (one for each of us) topped it off with some blue menu popcorn and away we went. I ate my treats guilt free and then I came home and did a kick butt cardio kickboxing work out. I also prepared a healthy dinner. My mindset is so great right now and I love it. Maybe balance is possible for me after all!
