Accountability ~ Day 2 & 3

I did not get to post my day 2 blog, as yesterday was pretty hectic, so I decided to combine both day 2 & 3.
Day 2: Great day! I got in plenty of water.I had almost 10,000 steps. I had 30 minutes of planned fitness minutes and added an additional 46 minutes when I helped my son move to his new apartment. Food was good, tracked, and in range. Really happy that there was no emotional/stress eating, as that's my normal go to before DH doctor appointments.
Day 3: I knew when I pushed the reset button Monday that this day would be a challenge for me as it was DH 9 month follow up CT scan. There's normally a bunch of emotional eating, and the day of appointment I usually am in such a bad mood from being knocked off my routine, and missing my workout. I told myself that it's ok to miss ONE day, it's not everyday. Just do what I have to do to get through, and get right back on track today. I kinda surprised myself. By giving myself permission to have an off day I did not binge, or mindlessly munch on everything. I was able to get in almost all my water. Food was tracked, and even though we stopped to eat lunch after doctors appointment, I ended my day in range!
Today it is back to the workout routine, and hoping to hear good news in regards to DH latest scan
