Sparking Back Day 1

I have been away from Spark for a few years now. In that time I have cruised into weighing 205. I have been trying to get back into a grove again for a few months. I have managed to get down to 198 but I plateaued. I was logging on my Fitbit when I noticed Spark was one of the apps it will cross data with and it hit me. To get over the hump I have to go back to what worked for me and that was Spark. Got in 20 minutes of exercise which for me these days is great. I still have hopes that some day I will be healthy and fit enough to complete a Sprint triathalon. For now I'll settle for not getting winded running up a flight of stairs.
