I actually started making changes to my life style about a mth ago.
I'm eating a salad a day. In the fridge I have cut up radish sticks, cubed onions peppers & mushroom, sliced cucumbers, and chopped lettuce. Instead of salad dressing I top with cottage cheese.
If I don't feel like eating in the morning I at least have a meal replacement shake.
I'm working on eating something every 3 hrs like the Dr says to for the diabeties
I've been working on getting into a routine. Even if I take a nap during the day I have to be up by 8 laying in bed by 12.
Although I'm not able to really exercise yet I'm doing stretches, it's a start.
