keep on truckin on

i am so slow on the track. but i am still out there, almost every day. I havent missed a day so far this week.
Today I am going to TRY really hard to push on thru and increase my steps.
After an hour, most days, I will have around 6 thousand steps on my fitbit.
I can make up the difference to get my full 10 thru out the day doing stuff around the house, or shopping, etc.
But to get a better number I am just going to have to push harder at the track.
I would like to eventually increase to 12 thousand daily, as the weather cools, I will be able to add an evening walk to my day and double my steps.
Friday, against my will, I will have to get on the scale at the doctors office.
I can almost guess the number and while it is a little less, it wont be a big loss.
but should be at least 10 lbs since my last visit to her.
Was hoping for at least 4 more, but take what I can get, get rid of that is.
Doing my best hasnt been good enough so I am going to do more.
