Working out has always been a downfall of mine, so I've been trying to stay mindfull of that and push myself EVERYDAY to do at least my 10/7 workout. (Picture on the right) Plus I'm adding in planks and extra jumping jacks and whatever else I can throughout the day. I'm determined you fit into my size 14 jeans more comfortably by the end of the month. It's not about the scale this month its about physically changing my body. Spark on my friends! WE CAN DO IT!
