As busy as I am, that's pretty much what I'm in. Just doing the best I can with what I've got and not going off the deep end with junk food from stress.
I did order pizza hut today at work, but got it loaded with veggies and brought most of it home for son. I didn't want to have peanut butter for both breakfast and lunch, lol.
I'm having to work furiously to catch up, because this weekend I sold 6 blankets, 3 pairs of baby socks, and 7 pairs of baby shoes! So much for having worked ahead for the expo, rofl!!!
I'll have what I have and it will be fine. I'll work more over the winter and make sure I've got a lot more stock for the spring one. I also put up a facebook post that we're collecting donations for the expectant and new moms and the babies in Texas that were affected by Hurricane Harvey. Hubs and I are going to put some $$ into stuff to send down. He actually just ran a load of relief freight down there. He's having to deadhead all the way back up to Michigan for the load he had already planned when they asked him to do the relief load. He had time, so he said sure. He really is a good guy.
I worked a ton in the shop today, I got 15 blankets sewn together, 4 topstitched, over a dozen bibs cut out, assembled, and the bias tape pinned on, 2 pairs of baby shoes finished, and 3 socks off the needles. I'm not worrying about weaving in the ends and such right now, I can do that on the way down to green bay Friday afternoon.
So, yeah. The sales were great, I'm managing to do what needs doing, and I'm not overly panicking about anything. I'm a bit apprehensive about that closet sized classroom, but I'm doing what I can.
And it will be FINE. I've got this.
