Yesterday I made the mistake of drinking a protein shake on the way to the gym, yuck, I felt like blech!🤢 Note to self DON'T EVER DO THAT AGAIN! I only did about 20 minutes on the treadmill and left. I tried to make up the time and calorie burn by pulling some very OLD VHS tapes down from shelves and playing TAE-BO, oh my goodness, I couldn't even finish it. 🤤This was all the fad and rage about 19 years ago, I got them just after my youngest was born. In one of my half-hearted attempts to lose weight and get into shape. I have Richard Simmons, The Firm, Health Rider and Kathy Smith's videos, and yes, I do have a working video player.😉 I am so uncoordinated I don't like going into the gym setting classes. Today, I decided to just do strength training on a bunch of different torture devices and did not do the treadmill. I know it will make a difference in my body, but DANG IT, I want the immediate gratification of seeing the numbers on my tracker.😂😂😊 oh well, I came home and did the "INSTRUCTIONAL" tape for Tae-Bo, lol. I know I did not burn 450 calories that the exercise list shows, lol, not EVEN close, BUT I did finish this one. So, I will change up the routine and discover body tissue that might just be atrophied muscles and get them working again💪. Have a good weekend, Florida take cover and be safe, peace and hugs!
