Whew, this is difficult!

As many of you know I will be starting a Boot Camp Challenge on Monday, the 11th. Today we did my measurements and body fat analysis. It could be worse, but it also could be better. I am not complaining about where I am, as I remember all to vividly where I came from. I also took a few before pictures, which are very hard for me to post, but I know that if I don't put them out there, it will be easier for me to slack and not push as hard as I could. By stepping WAY out of my comfort zone and bearing more than I usually like to I am holding myself accountable and challenging myself to push beyond my limits and go to a place I have never been physically. Don't worry, even though I am in a bikini, I am NEVER seen in public with it on!! I only use it when sitting in the sauna or laying in the tanning bed, which I don't do often.

So, any way ... here are my starting stats:

WEIGHT - 144.4 lbs. (according to the gym scale, which is the one I will be using for this)
BODY FAT - 27.4% (my ultimate goal is to get that down to about 21-22%)

BODY MEASUREMENTS

UPPER ARM:
L -11.75"
R - 11.5"

CHEST - 35.5 (measured around just under armpit area)
WAIST - 29.25
HIPS - 38
THIGH:
L - 21.5
R - 21.25
CALF:
L - 14.75
R - 14.5

PLANK - 1 min 10 seconds
WALL SIT - 1 min
PUSH UPS - 10
CRUNCHES - 30

I MILE - 10 minutes
