1 Week Down

I did my best to follow the Wonderslim plan all week. It is not that I failed and cheated on anything, it is that I did not eat all my required meals. I work 3 days a week and 2 swings a week. I have never been able to get myself on a regular eating schedule. Usually I just eat 1 meal a day. My doctor hates that and has been trying for years to get me to eat at least 3 meals a day. Well she would be proud, I am eating 3 meals, but getting in 2 to 3 snacks for this meal plan doesn't always happen on work days. Good news is I am down 4 pounds in the first week. I think if I was eating more, I probably would have lost more. But I am eating much less calories even though I am eating more meals.
